TERMS OF SERVICE
Artwork Commissions & Customs
Do not remove or crop out my signature for any reason.
When sharing or using my art on any site, please provide direct credit to me.
I reserve the right to decline any commission.
You may not use any artwork of mine for commercial use.
My work is never to be used with anything NFT or AI related.
Do not trace or heavily reference any of my work.
I do not provide refunds after the artwork has been complete.
Please have patience when waiting for a commission; I usually won't take orders that have a strict deadline. You may reach out for an update at any time.
Design Rules
Do not remove or crop out my signature for any reason.
Do not resell one of my designs for a higher price than you bought it for unless additional art has been bought alongside it.
Do not turn any of my one-off designs into a closed species/open species.
You may tweak parts of the design to your liking, but please make sure to still credit me as the original designer.
When reselling/trading/gifting my designs, please direct the new owner to this TOS and make sure they credit me as well.
Feel free to create/commission nsfw artwork of any designs of mine (as long as the character is an adult of course)
Payment
Payments can be done through paypal or ko-fi.
Payment should be sent right after ordering, though I'm willing to discuss holds or payment plans.
As stated in the first section, no refunds.
